Definition of Detainer: A Writ or instrument, issued or made by a competent officer, authorizing the keeper of a prison to keep in his custody a person therein named.

 

Regarding the copy of detainer, CC# 172351737, there is no verifiable competent officer who has taken responsibility for issuing or making any writ or instrument of this type, and furthermore who authorized a keeper of a prison to keep in his or her custody the Inmate Person Commercially/Corporately known as “RAAJ RAFA EL”, Jail Number 452590.

 

It is a generally-known fact that a Commercial Account has been generated in the nature of Commercial Transactions between parties, which arose out of Commercial Contracts or some Fiduciary Relation of Mutual Financial Interest.

 

This Unconstitutional Illegal Detainment has resulted in violation of my “Presumption of Innocence”, “Due Process of Law”, and constitute “Cruel and Unusual Punishment”, especially when these so-called crimes are of a Commercial/Corporate Nature.

 

 

Generally (by default), a “Detainer” is a writ issued by the authority of a Sovereign, in the name of a Sovereign, for the purpose of compelling a person to do something therein mentioned. A Detainer is issued by a court (Branch of Government) and is directed to the Sheriff or other Officer authorized to execute. A Detainer contains directions as to what is required to be done.

#1- District Court Corporation of Maryland for Baltimore City, is not a branch of Lawful Government because STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation is not a True Sovereign or a De jure Nation.

 

#2- There is no printed name of any Court Officer Person, authorizing any other Officer Person who is authorized to execute the keeping in his or her custody a Natural Person named therein, which would in fact formulate a Fiduciary Relationship Agreement as to exactly what is to be done to properly successfully detain anyone.
