I, Raaj Amexem Moor Rafa El, Freehold-by-Birthright, Primogeniture, and Inheritance, make no claim with respect to the title (name / nom de guerre is a title), Grammatically-Displayed and Legally-Known as “ROGER ALLEN MOORE/RAAJ AMEXEM MOOR RAFA EL”, U.S. Person/Ens Legis/Cestui Que Trust, which has been assigned the Socialist Security Slave Insurance Number xxx-xx-2303, and I surrender and assign any and all ‘Reversionary Interest(s)’ to the UNITED STATES Federal Corporation, and subsidiaries, for full ‘Acquittance Discharge Settlement’ and closure of my reliance Title 12 USC 95a, part 2; and I assume no liability and do not consent to stand as ‘Surety’ at any point, moment, or time. 

 

The above affirmative statement (in concept or relative content) made by a Conscious Asserter, may be used to ‘Rebut’ an injurious or wrongful assumption made by another, or to ‘Revert’ one’s Rightful Legal Position, State-of-Mind, Status, (Estate) and Standing; especially when put into an unconscionably-assumed position of Obligatory ‘Debt’ or ‘Subjection’ as imposed by ‘Persons’ doing business as the Foreign UNITED STATES Federal Corporation, or by any other Foreign Person, Foreign Agent, or Foreign Agency. A Reversioner (in Law) is one who has a Reversion or right to receive an ‘Estate in Reversion’. Reversion is derived from the Old Moorish Latin word “reversion”, derived from reversus.

              2. An estate in lands, tenements, and hereditaments signifies such interest as the tenant has therein.

With the foresaid evidence, research, and documented facts herein presented, but not limited to them, any conscionable Natural Living Man, Woman, or Child, has established legal grounds upon which to declare the “Public Officials”, “Public Servants”, “Trustees / Feoffers”, “Administrators”, et cetera, as ‘Misprision Actors’ and ‘Disqualified’. The Dishonorable 'Operatives' doing business as, “The United States Congress” are ‘Noticed’, and all or any associated parties acting in collusion with them (superiors and inferiors), are Dismissive “Actors, in Breach of Trust”. True Identity Distinctions shall be made (by Heirship Right and Necessity) between the True Al Moroccan / American Inhabitants of the Land (Heirs), and that of those (diversity) members of the Occupational, Colonial European/Euro-Albinoid Immigrants and their descendants, (settlers/squatters/colonizers). Considerations are to be taken into account for those settlers sanctioned in Treaty and in Constitutional Covenant, to do business at North America / Al Moroc; and by virtue of the binding and conditional limitations set forth in those written instruments, for them to do ‘Commercial Trade’ in the Western Hemisphere.

The Actors and Colluders, who benefitted and profited from their fraud-creatures, must bear burdens and obligations to satisfy the misrepresented Debts created by their Colorable Operations; by their Misprision; by their Malfeasance; and by consequence of their Operative and ‘Constructive Frauds’.  

     

 

Fact(1): STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation (not Maryland state Republic), with CITY-OF-BALTIMORE Corporation being a Municipality thereof, is a Federal District of District of Columbia/Washington, D.C. in which U.S. Congress, in 1871, created a Municipal Corporation to serve strictly as a government for District of Columbia/Washington, D.C. (not a government for the Organic State Republics). STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation is not an Original State Republic of the Original Union of States known to be formulated as United States of America, and therefore, is not bound to the Constitution for the United States of America.

 

Fact(2): All Real Property/Real Estate recorded in Land Records of CITY-OF-BALTIMORE Corporation, STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation, are Artificial Fictitious Legal Designations (Lot and Sections) on the Plat of the WEST ARLINGTON IMPROVEMENTS COMPANY Corporation, which serve as a Colorable Operation, Constructive Fraud, and Theft-by-Conversion of Estate, as well as all Real Property/Real Estate assessed and converted into Property Tax Bills at MARYLAND STATE DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND TAXATION, and all Plats filed with the MARYLAND LAND OFFICE (via each Circuit Court).

 

Fact(3): All Real Property/Real Estate recorded in Land Records of CITY-OF-BALTIMORE Corporation, STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation, are Legal Descriptions and Legal Addresses which serve as Commercial Accounts and Colorable “Corporate” Legal Constructs.   

 

Fact(4): Absolutely all conveyances, by deed, of absolutely all Real Property/Real Estate, recorded in Land Records of CITY-OF-BALTIMORE Corporation, STATE-OF-MARYLAND Corporation, are non-valid and void and any alleged/supposed transfer of title of ownership, which purports to convey any rights in Real Estate, is bogus ab initio (from the beginning).

 

Fact(5): All Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Real Estate Attorneys, Landlords, Ground Rent Holders, and Maryland Title Companies, in STATE-OF-MARYLAND, are aiding and abetting, as accomplices, in Colorable Operations, Constructive Fraud, and Theft-by-Conversion.

 

Fact(6): Real Property/Real Estate Deeds and Mortgages, prior to 1913, at North America Continent (“North Gate”), did not exist, resulting in all titles being held in allodial/aboriginal.

 

Aboriginal Title (Black’s Law Dictionary – 8th Abridged Edition): Land ownership, or a claim of land ownership, by an indigenous people in a place that has been colonized.

 

Fact(7): After the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, all property within the Federal United States was Hypothecated to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in which the Trustees (Stockholders) held Legal Title and the U.S. Corporate Public citizen (tenant, franchisee, nom de guerre, such as “ROGER ALLEN MOORE/RAAJ AMEXEM MOOR RAFA EL”), was commercially-registered as a beneficiary of the trust via the State Birth/Berth Certificate.

Fact(10): Evidence of “Canon Law” being the basis of the Federal Reserve System and a “Canon Law Trust” being used by the International Bankers, confirms Ecclesiastical Law, especially (in the Roman Catholic Church) that laid down by Papal Pronouncements, which further reveals the continued Unam Sanctum Inquisitionist Policies and Practices of Christian Conquest and Christian Domination by way of a Papal Decree, the Church, it’s Sovereigns, the Cross, and all of Cretinism’s mission to vanquish and subdue the Moorish Kingdoms, Moorish Possessions, and Moorish Goods; and reduce their Moorish Persons to perpetual slavery.
