Enclosed, among other documents, is copy of “Notice of Reversioner” which mentions and refers to Title 12 USC 95a, part 2, concerning “Any payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery of property or interest therein, made to or for the account of the UNITED STATES, and the full acquittance and discharge of the obligation thereof.”

 

It is a generally-known fact that the Current “De facto” Congress of the UNITED STATES (Federal Corporation created by the Act of February 21, 1871) is not the same, nor does it serve the same function(s) as the “De jure” Congress for the United States of America (as created in 1791 by the ratification of the several Organic state Republics of the Original Union of States which is bound to the Constitution for the United States of America, and all Treaties made).

 

The Current “De facto” Congress of the UNITED STATES is known to strictly serve in the capacity of and as Board of Directors for the Foreign U.S. Municipal Federal Corporation which was created, in year 1871, to serve specifically as a government for District of Columbia/Washington, D.C. (not a government for the Organic State Republics which consist of Natural Organic Land where “We the Natural People” Naturally-Dwell and Naturally-Inhabit, and is furthermore known to be formulated as the Continental United States of America in which the Constitution for the United States of America, and all Treaties, made, is the Supreme Law of the Land).

 

I am hereby officially-demanding that Congress of the UNITED STATES, by way of all “Public Officials”, “Public Servants”, “Trustees / Feoffers”, “Administrators”, et cetera, currently operating and serving as the ‘Disqualified’ and ‘Misprision’ Actors for UNITED STATES Municipal Federal Corporation, immediately cease and desist in the Constant Systematic Criminal-Extortion of Raaj Amexem Moor Rafa El (Sui Juris/De jure/In Proper Person), in order to get the basic necessary goods and/or services (food, clothing, water, shelter, medical, etc.) that are needed in everyday commerce, and to furthermore immediately act to completely settle the Criminal Matter of Theft-by- Conversion-of-Estate (Unconscionable/Adhesion Contract, Securities Fraud, etc.), during the Natural Birth of the Natural Person, of Moorish/Muurish/Maurish-Descent, as this Natural Person now have absolutely no other choice but to survive and exist under the International Law of Survival, which gives the Natural Right to Survive, Exist, and Sustain themselves, by any means necessary, due to U.S. Child Kidnapping/Abduction, Trafficking, Human Trafficking, etc.
